*Since many people take breaks during their training or only follow half of the routine due to personal schedules, I present consistent data from the top 10 individuals who stuck to the full routine and achieved optimal results. In simple terms, they are model students you should aspire to be.
Please note that they are still at the beginner level, which focuses on increasing length. Once they graduate from this level, their routine will shift to focusing on increasing girth.
